CLAIM, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
Our policy lasts 07 days. If 07 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a claim or exchange.
If you have any issues, you must inform us within 7 days of the purchase, according to our operation timeline below.

CLAIM:
Claims of defective articles will only be entertained within 30 days of purchase.
An original cash receipt is required for the Product claim.
The company's decision regarding claims will be final.
EXCHANGE
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You may exchange the size or color of the delivered goods with the original invoice, provided the goods are unused, packed in their original packaging with all tags attached, unworn/undamaged, and not altered.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of exchanging your item.
REFUNDS
There are certain situations where only refunds are granted
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts due to our Packing /manufacturing error. Any item that is returned more than 07 days after delivery.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If you are approved, your refund and credit will be processed within 7 number of days.
